Frost National Bank is the largest independent bank in Texas with assets topping
$7.7 billion. The corporation needed an integration solution to manage many
aspects of its business, including its web-based customer service, internal
human resources system, and information sharing between the bank branches.
CASAHL ecKnowledge has allowed Frost National Bank to interface multiple data
sources and accomplish many goals:
- Up-to-the minute rates are provided for
customers from the Bank’s enterprise system via the Bank’s web page.
- Human Resources receives current information to directly populate the company phone
book from the telecom and payroll system. On the fun side, the system is
programmed to send birthday and work anniversary cards to employees.
- A company-wide network allows for information sharing between branches and
corporate customers.
