Web Services Made Consumable: CASAHL Technology Announces Rapid Web Services-based Integration Application Development

Major Upgrade to ecKnowledge®, Award-Winning Data Integration Software

SAN RAMON, CA – June 14, 2002 -- CASAHL Technology, a leading provider of enterprise data integration products for line-of-business collaborative applications, today announced a Rapid Application Development system for developing data integration applications using Web services as part of its award-winning software, ecKnowledge®. This new capability greatly simplifies use of Web Services to integrate information in various systems within the enterprise or with business partners.

ecKnowledge provides a unique wizard-based, easy-to-use, yet enterprise-strength environment for enterprise data integration. The ecKnowledge Web services Connector extends the same paradigm, allowing developers to publish to or consume information from web services without programming -- just by modeling the invocation using wizards. With this high-level object-based GUI system, integration application developers can focus on high-level business application logic, data mapping, and transformation, without having to struggle with web services technology programming implementation details. The Web services Connector supplements vast range of connectivity available in ecKnowledge to systems such as ERP, CRM, databases, mainframe, messaging middleware, collaborative systems, LDAP and XML.
