Job Description:
CASAHL Technology is looking for software engineers to develop our market-leading data integration products to connect collaborative applications (e.g., Lotus Notes, Microsoft SharePoint, and .NET) with each other and with enterprise applications and databases. In addition to product design and development, software engineers on occasion will assist our technical support/consulting department in resolving customers' technical issues.
Qualifications:
Skills and capabilities required for this position include but are not limited to:
BS Degree in Computer Science with at least two years of software development experience, or MS Degree in Computer Science with at least one year of software development experience
Experience with C#, VB .NET, .NET Framework, ADO.NET, COM/COM+, ODBC
Strong foundation for C++ (with MFC) on Windows 2003/XP/2000
Working knowledge of ASP.NET, ASP, or web development
Knowledge of XML and Web services
Working knowledge of relational database technology and SQL
Fluent in OOD methodology
Self-motivated quick learner, with the ability to work independently
Willing to work hard and collaborate with other staff members, and flexible to take on a variety of roles as required in a small, fast-growing company
Pluses:
Lotus Notes/Domino application development experience, Lotus Notes R4/R5 certification desirable
Microsoft applications (Exchange, Access) development experience, MCP certification desirable

Job Title: Technical Consultant

Job Description:
Technical Consultants work as part of CASAHL’s pre-and post-sales consulting team and report to the Director of Business Development. This position provides technical support and professional services to partners and customers, including technical and line-of-business professionals and executives. Technical Consultants must be able to function in a leadership role with minimal supervision. This position requires the flexibility to take on a variety of roles, as required in a small company. Approx. 30% travel required.
Primary Responsibilities:
Duties of this position include but are not limited to:
Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support and software consulting services to partners and customers.
Develop and deliver oral and written business and technical presentations and demos.
Write professional proposals, responses to RFPs (requests for proposals), and RFIs (requests for information).
Develop and deliver POCs (proof-of-concept projects) and pilot projects. Manage POC and pilot project delivery in a team environment.
Assist client companies in documenting business requirements.
Perform analysis, coding, testing, software installation, and solution implementation.
Develop and deliver technical training on CASAHL products to clients and partners.
Provide input to CASAHL development team regarding market requirements, based on customer and partner contact.
Qualifications:
Knowledge, skills, abilities, and other characteristics required for this position:
BS in Computer Science or equivalent.
At least 3 years of technical consulting experience in an enterprise environment.
Experience working with customers and business partners.
Excellent interpersonal skills. Energetic and self motivated, with a customer focus. Ability to work as an individual contributor, as well as part of a team.
Knowledge of Web application development using the Microsoft .NET framework,
VS .NET; XML, C# and VB .NET languages; web server protocols and security.
Knowledge of scripting languages such as VBScript, JavaScript, LotusScript, or Lotus Notes formula language.
Knowledge of ANSI SQL and RDBMSs such as Oracle, DB2, or Microsoft SQL Server.
Knowledge of collaborative environments and applications, such as IBM Lotus Notes/Domino, Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint or InfoPath (Office 2003).
Knowledge of the Microsoft Windows operating system environment, including Windows services, the Windows registry, and Active Directory
Knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP and HTTPS.
Pluses:

This position is responsible for selling CASAHL software products and consulting services. Customers may be large, medium, or small businesses, channel partners, or global accounts. The Sales Account Manager will follow up on leads generated by the company and occasionally will participate in trade shows. The Sales Account Manager will have strong opportunities to grow and learn as he/she deals with top IT professionals around the world. Approx. 10% travel required.
Primary Responsibilities:
Duties of this position include but are not limited to:
Sell CASAHL software products and professional services, primarily via telephone and email, to prospective U.S. and international customers.
Follow up on leads generated by the company.
Give product demonstrations and presentations.
Participate in trade shows and conferences.
Qualifications:
Knowledge, skills, abilities, and other characteristics required for this position:
BA/BS or equivalent.
At least 2 - 3 years’ experience working in a technical sales environment (preferably software or computer products), with a demonstrated ability to qualify and close sales.
Strong communication skills.
Proven track record of attracting new clients and selling professional services in an IT related field.
Ability to develop relationships and follow up with prospects in order to convert them into clients
Ability to communicate with non-sales personnel in the client's environment.
Comfortable making presentations to executives.
